TB Rules
6. Exhibitors MUST state if their cattle are from a TB High Risk Area (HRA) or a TB Low Risk Area (LRA) holding on the entry form. A pre-movement test within 60 days of arrival at the Show will be required for all cattle, (unless the cattle are coming from a herd that does not require a pre-movement test – from a 4-year testing parish). A copy of the certificate MUST accompany the animals and must be available on arrival at the event. We advise exhibitors to bring contact details for their Veterinary Surgeon in case of queries.
Correctness of Entries
7. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the accuracy and eligibility of their entries. Exhibitors and Breeders must prove the correctness of any detail if required to do so by the Stewards. Animal passports will be the deciding factor & must accompany cattle to the event and will be checked at time of weighing, along with ear tags. Should there still be doubt and in the case of a dispute on the correctness of an entry a DNA test may be required. If the animal’s passport is not produced, show entry will be refused.
Refusal or Limitation of Entries
8. The Organisers reserves the right to refuse entries and to return the entry fees of any person. In the event of more entries being made for classes in this schedule than can be accommodated, the organisers reserve the right to require exhibitors to make a proportional reduction in the number of their entries, in which case a refund will be made of the relative entry fees.
Exhibition of Cattle

Organisers will check the CTS Database and any animal entered not on the stated holding will be refused entry.
