"DECLARATION AMENDING THE DECLARATION OF A PROTECTION ZONE AND SURVEILLANCE ZONE MADE AT 16.50 ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2007
1. The Secretary of State declares that from 21.10 p.m. on 21st September 2007, the declaration made at 16.50 on 12th September 2007 under article 31 of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (England) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/182) (“the Order”), as amended by the declaration made at 13.00 on 13th September, is amended under article 5(4) of the Order as follows:
i) In Part 1 of the Schedule (The Protection Zone) add the grid references TQ 0046472353 and SU 9914472732.
ii). In Part 2 of the Schedule (The Surveillance Zone) add the grid references TQ 0046472353 and SU 9914472732.
