Came into force at noon today:

Licence No.12 - General licence for the movement of carcases from premises in a Restricted Zone (No.2) - This replaces Licence No. 11.

Licence No.13 - General licence for the movement of carcases of susceptible animals from premises in the restricted zone to a laboratory for diagnostic purposes.

Licence No.14 - General licence for the collection and movement of diagnostic samples from a foot and mouth disease susceptible animal in the Restricted Zone.

Coming into force at 0001 on Saturday 15 September (i.e. tonight):

Licence No.15 - General licence for the movement of susceptible animals from Scottish islands to a single premises on the mainland of Scotland.

In addition, also issued today is a notice of permission to perform artificial insemination and embryo transfer procedures in foot and mouth disease susceptible animals.
